Biography

I am a Senior Computer Vision Engineer in the Multimedia R&D Team at Qualcomm Inc. I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tulane University, USA, under the guidance of Prof. Zhengming Allan Ding. My research expertise lies in Computer Vision, Transfer Learning, and Interpretable AI, encompassing diverse areas such as Image Classification, Domain Adaptation, and Interpretable Autonomous Vehicle tasks. Prior to my doctoral studies, I earned my Master’s degree in Computer System Engineering from Northeastern University, USA, where I had the privilege of collaborating with Professor Yun Raymond Fu at SMILE Lab. I initiated my academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. My academic endeavors have endowed me with a resilient groundwork in state-of-the-art technologies and advanced research methodologies in the field of computer science. My fervent commitment to research is centered around cultivating transparent and dependable AI systems, thereby effectively narrowing the divide between human capabilities and artificial intelligence.
